Why We Started Impact Exteriors
We bring more than 40 years of experience in roofing, construction, and exterior restoration. After being encouraged by mentors and advisors to enter the construction and restoration industry, we found that our attention to detail, customer-first mindset, and experience building successful businesses translated directly into the exterior trades.
Over the years, we saw a major gap in the industry. Too many customers had dealt with contractors who overpromised, under-communicated, missed details, or treated the sale as more important than the actual project. That experience helped shape the foundation of Impact Exteriors. We are a construction company first. We execute large and small exterior projects every day with the systems, communication, and accountability those projects deserve. We are not a sales company that happens to sell roofing.
Our work has included residential roof replacements, commercial exterior projects, and re-roofing projects for important local properties, including hospitals and churches. That experience shaped the standard behind Impact Exteriors: do the work right, communicate clearly, and always put service ahead of shortcuts.
The mission is simple: protect homes and businesses across Northern Colorado with honest guidance, quality workmanship, and a company that answers the phone when customers need us.
